1. Digital-Only Services
Mindset Mirror is an entirely web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) application. We do not manufacture, package, or physically dispatch tangible goods. Therefore, traditional physical courier shipping is not applicable to our services.
All purchases made on this website—including assessment credits, evaluation report generation tokens, and subscription plans—are delivered digitally and electronically.
2. Delivery Timelines & Fulfillment Method
Instant Fulfillment: Upon successful payment completion via Razorpay, credits are credited instantaneously to your user account balance in real-time.
On-Demand (~15 Seconds): Once both participants have completed and submitted their questionnaire, the report is synthesized and made available immediately on screen and exportable as PDF.
3. Proof of Delivery & Receipts
Delivery of your digital order is verified through multiple electronic confirmations:
- On-Screen Confirmation: Immediate redirection to your dashboard and credit ledger showing the newly active balance.
- Email Receipt: An itemized payment invoice and confirmation receipt sent to your registered email address via Amazon SES.
- Razorpay Transaction Receipt: An official SMS/Email payment confirmation issued directly by Razorpay Software Private Limited.
4. Shipping Charges & Taxes
Because all products are delivered electronically across the Internet:
- There are zero shipping, handling, or delivery charges.
- Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated and displayed transparently at the checkout screen prior to payment authorization.
5. What to Do If Credits Are Delayed
In rare instances of bank gateway delays or temporary network timeouts:
