1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Mindset Mirror (“we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Mindset Mirror web application (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, purchasing evaluation credits, or participating in an assessment session, you agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
Mindset Mirror is a multi-assessment SaaS platform designed to help business partners, co-founders, and couples in business identify alignment, analyze communication styles, and reconcile operational friction. Users submit structured answers independently, after which our AI synthesis engine (powered by Google Gemini) generates comparative analysis reports and discussion frameworks.
3. Eligibility & Account Security
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, email verification codes, and invitation links.
- You agree not to impersonate another individual or provide false contact details during session invitations.
4. Assessment Credits & Subscriptions
- Free Evaluation: Each eligible account receives one free Basic Evaluation report.
- Paid Reports & Credit Packs: Advanced reports require assessment credits. Credits can be purchased via one-time packs or recurring subscriptions through Razorpay.
- No Expiration on Purchased Credits: Purchased credit balances do not expire while your account remains active.
- Non-Transferability: Assessment credits are non-transferable between accounts and hold no monetary cash value outside the Service.
5. AI Psychological Coaching Disclaimer
IMPORTANT MEDICAL & LEGAL NOTICE:
Mindset Mirror provides organizational coaching frameworks, behavioral alignment indicators, and conversation prompts. Mindset Mirror is NOT a mental health clinic, psychological therapy provider, licensed marriage counselor, or legal mediation firm. The AI reports do not constitute psychiatric diagnosis, clinical therapy, legal advice, or fiduciary counsel.
6. Two-Party Confidentiality Protocol
To preserve authentic responses, our platform enforces independent submission integrity. Neither participant can access, view, or preview the other party's individual raw answers until both parties have submitted their questionnaire.
7. Payments & Billing (Razorpay)
All payments on Mindset Mirror are securely processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not store, process, or transmit your credit card numbers, CVVs, or net banking passwords. By initiating a payment, you authorize Razorpay to charge the designated payment method in Indian Rupees (INR) or your local currency equivalent.
8. Intellectual Property
The Mindset Mirror application, branding, user interface, assessment taxonomy, scoring algorithms, and proprietary prompt templates are the exclusive intellectual property of Mindset Mirror. You retain full ownership of your personal responses and generated comparison reports.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
